Yes, incidents must be reported within 24 hours of occurrence to qualify for ADLD Protection claims.

Q: How many claims are possible under this package?

You can avail up to three support instances, one per year.

Q: Within the term of the cover, is there any added cost?

100% of repair cost during these damages will be borne by Brilyant IT.

As per our plan’s terms and conditions, theft is not covered in any of our plans.

Q: Are the repaired or replaced parts certified by Apple?

Yes, every repair or replacement of the device is Apple certified.

Q: What are the geographies that you service?

We are a pan-India service provider.

Q: Is telephonic service available under this plan?

This plan lets you avail telephonic services, no questions asked.

Q: Is remote service available under this plan?

This plan lets you avail remote services, no matter where you are located.

Q: Is pickup and delivery repair service available under this plan?
